Yulia Navalnaya, widow of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, lined up with Russian voters in Berlin to cast a vote in the presidential election. Navalnaya was applauded as she participated in a protest action called “Noon against Putin,” aimed at overwhelming polling stations.
