Stocks Are Down—but Not Nvidia
Stocks are falling. Nvidia is still rising.
The chip company’s shares were recently up 0.4%, a day after setting a new closing high. They’re rising today as stocks broadly are falling; the Magnificent Seven tech giants that powered indexes higher last year are turning in mixed performances.
Amazon.com, Google parent Alphabet and Meta Platforms were recently higher. The rest—Apple, Microsoft and Tesla—were falling.
